Troop 101 Parents and Scouts:
It's time to sign-up for the March outing (Kings Mountain/Webelos). Details regarding the trip including sign-up information, deadlines, logistics, etc are outlined below. The deadline for sign-up and payment is Monday March 15th. If you plan to pay by check or cash, you can do so at the Tuesday March 16th troop meeting. Please send me an e-mail so I can add your scout to the sign-up sheet. If you pay on-line, your scout will automatically be added to the sign-up sheet.
Due to the nature of the trip, only scoutmasters and scouts should sign-up for this outing. The Webelos (and one of their parents) will be attending this outing.
Friday Departure (3/19/2010)
5:45 pm - Meet at the church (please eat dinner before arriving).
6:00 pm - We will leave promptly at 6:00pm after confirming headcount.
~7:30 pm - Arrive at Kings Mountain State Park and setup camp.
Sunday Arrival (3/21/2010)
~12:30 pm - Leave Kings Mountain State Park after eating breakfast, breaking down the camp, and loading the cars/trailer.
2:00 pm - Arrive at the church (prior to lunch).
Logistics
Location - Kings Mountain State Park
Cost - $25 per scout or adult. Cost includes gas and patrol meals.
Sign-ups - Sign-up on-line at http://www.nctroop101.org. Click on the Kings Mountain Outing Paypal button.
Payment - Pay on-line at http://www.nctroop101.org (same button mentioned above for sign-ups). You do not need to have a paypal account to sign-up on-line. Payment by check (made out to Troop 101) or cash can be made if you sign-up in person at a troop meeting.
Deadline - The sign-up deadline for this trip is Monday, March 15th.
